Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which services provided by Wixdox (Wix Dox Business Solutions Private Limited) are cancelled and/or refunded. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Wixdox provides digital services, including, but not limited to:

2. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)

All payments made to Wixdox are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, and time has been invested, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in this Policy.

Milestone payments
Full project payments

3. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

Before Project Start:

If the project has not yet started, cancellation may be accepted.

A processing fee of 20% of the total project cost will be deducted.

Remaining amount may be refunded within 7–10 business days.

After Project Start:

If the project has already started, no refund will be provided.

Any completed work will be delivered to the client upon request.

4. Cancellation by Wixdox

Wixdox reserves the right to cancel a project under the following conditions:

In such cases:

Lack of communication from the client for more than 15 days
Failure to provide required inputs/content
Violation of terms or misuse of services
Non-payment of agreed milestones
No refund will be provided for completed work
Partial refund (if applicable) will be evaluated at Wixdox’s sole discretion

5. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances:

Any approved refund:

Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment made but project not initiated within agreed timeframe
Technical inability to deliver service (proven and accepted by Wixdox)
Will be processed within 7–15 business days
May include applicable deduction for administrative costs

6. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects divided into milestones:

Each milestone payment is non-refundable once work begins
Client must review and approve each stage before proceeding
Failure to respond within reasonable time will be treated as approval

7. Revisions & Dissatisfaction

We strive to ensure client satisfaction through:

Defined revisions during the project
Clear communication and feedback loops
Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction
Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may be chargeable

8. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party services or tools purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable, including:

Domain registration
Hosting services
Paid plugins/tools
API subscriptions

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting Wixdox first.

Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute may result in:

Immediate suspension of services
Legal action if necessary
